Thursday 18th September

Tonight we didn’t do very much as neither me or Blossom seemed to be in the mood to play.

We had a quick play with sideways, circles and backwards over a pole and also tried to play seven games with obstacles. I just can’t think of much to do for porcupine or driving games – my imagination in these games sucks. The other games I’m fine with and seem to be able to come up with a new idea for the different obstacles.

We then went down to the trailer as I wanted to check if last night was a one off or if she really is confident with the trailer now. Yip she is still happy with the trailer as soon as we approached she started trotting and went straight in- I was very impressed. I then shut the back bar over and again she was happy with this, so I just left her for a few minutes like that. She was still happily standing in the trailer so I decided to put the back ramp up – the front ramp was still open but the breast bar was up. Again she just stood there happily! So the other ponies were close to the trailer so I went and gave them all a little brush and picked out their feet, and when I came back Blossom was still happy in her trailer.

I felt this was enough for her for tonight and once I convinced her to come out I played some friendly and finished for the night.
