Today Blossom's leg didn't have any heat or swelling - so I think her tendons are ok!! I left her in today anyway as the ground was really hard, think it was minus 3 degrees at the farm this morning!! So I didn't want to risk her galloping about on the hard ground, plus she is still a bit lame without her shoe!
This morning I just walked her out in hand, she was really well behaved. We done more work on her walking beside me, stopping and backing.
Tonight I decided to ride her round the field, I expected to have to get off as she tends to get really excited. But she was the complete opposite! She actually kept stopping to eat grass.. She has never done this before with me on her - I actually had to go through my phases to get her going again. It was so nice to be on her and for her to be relaxed for a change, hopefully this will start to happen more often.
